I am an individual, couple and family psychotherapist with over 20 years experience working in both the NHS and in private practice. I have been employed as Adult Psychotherapist within four NHS departments am currently in full-time private practice.鈥�

I am a Person centred therapist and clinical supervisor. I offer face to face, telephone or video counselling sessions. I work on a one to one basis in a supportive and non-judgemental manner allowing you to explore issues with a view to improving yo鈥�

I am a holistic counsellor and offer integrate a whole person approach when working with clients. My person centered approach to counselling is interactive, collaborative and solution focused. My therapeutic framework is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy鈥�
