Whether in person or online, I will provide a safe space where you won't feel alone with whatever is troubling you. I work traditionally and also offer outdoor therapy for anyone who feels more comfortable in a natural environment.

Originally from the United States, I have over a decade of experience practicing with adults and young adults in a variety of settings: hospitals, inpatient psychiatry, community-based mental health charities, LGBTQIA+ clinics, and private practice. 鈥�

A decade of specialist counselling experience. Amongst regular counselling support is Trauma Management, examples include: the impact of rape, sexual and domestic abuse, both recent and distant. A second specialism is neuro-diversity. I have many yea鈥�
