My aim is to offer a sense of humanity for my clients. For me, that is the most important part of a counselling relationship. We are all human. We all go through our own ups and downs, in a world that is moving so fast. We all need a little bit of ex鈥�

About Me With over 25 years鈥� experience supporting children and young people, I specialise in working with those facing mental health, emotional, and behavioural challenges. This includes individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, self-harm, risky b鈥�

I am a qualified Play Therapist. I am passionate about helping children, young people and families lead happy and fulfilled lives. I use play a child鈥檚 natural form of communication, to help them to understand and play through their worries and diffi鈥�

I understand the challenge of finding the right counsellor. It's a brave decision to seek help for yourself, child or grandchild. My clients have described me as calm, warm, welcoming, and approachable, putting them at ease. I am a child, young peopl鈥�

Psychodynamic practice: I offer individual child, and family counselling and psychotherapy, and individual adult therapy. With children and families, this can take the form of an initial assessment session with parents followed by individual sessions鈥�

As a person centred therapist I will always work in a way where, ultimately, I believe 鈥測ou know what is right for you鈥�. I will always be guided by you and we will work with what feels right for you.  The most important part of therapy is my relation鈥�
