All my NHS work is by phone, since COVID. Clients find it very helpful for its flexibility, anonymity and the lack of fuss involved. Given a free choice in advance however, most clients dislike the phone (but it tends to help quickly and gently). I o鈥�

I offer Humanistic Counselling, drawing from a blend of Person-Centered, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis approaches. At the heart of my practice is the belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a safe, supportive spa鈥�
