Hiya, I am a warm, empathic and down-to-earth integrative therapist with a genuine nature. Offering a space where your thoughts, feelings and story can be heard, valued and understood. Enabling you to feel free to be your authentic self. Therapy is a鈥�

Research shows that having access to green spaces, even through a window, can significantly speed up recovery in hospital environments.  I try to harness the calming properties of nature to help my clients calm anxiety and reduce depressive feelings.鈥�

I Principally use PCT but am open to other therapies when needed.  This all depends on the client's needs. As of January 2021, I am now practising digitally. I can do Face to Face Therapy, Online Counselling, Telphone/Counselling,  Zoom or WhatsApp -鈥�

I believe in your potential to change and the science of neuroplasticity (the ability of the brain to heal by forming new connections and pathways).  My experience of the positive, life changing effects of counselling - increasing your ability to thi鈥�

I have worked in mental health community teams 1991 - 2020 as a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, counsellor at GP surgeries, Warwickshire and now offer private counselling since retiring from the NHS. I also run courses in Managing ANXIETY with YOG鈥�
