I have been counselling in various roles since the 1970s, setting up in private practice in 2009. I am qualified as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with additional training in relationship counselling, supporting young people, bereavement counselling,鈥�

Life brings its share of tough times and if you鈥檙e struggling, then comparing and minimising your experience thinking 鈥渙ther people have it worse鈥� only adds to the burden. The reality is you deserve support and you don鈥檛 have to navigate these challe鈥�

Counselling and Reiki Practice I offer both online and face-to-face sessions. I鈥檓 based in Fife, and if you鈥檙e within travelling distance, we can meet in my log cabin, a calm and dedicated counselling space. For online sessions, I work from this same鈥�
