How do you choose a counsellor with so many (and so many approaches) to choose from? What is most important is the quality of relationship you have with your counsellor. I combine emotional intuition with rigorous ongoing training and plenty of life 鈥�

Life brings its share of tough times and if you鈥檙e struggling, then comparing and minimising your experience thinking 鈥渙ther people have it worse鈥� only adds to the burden. The reality is you deserve support and you don鈥檛 have to navigate these challe鈥�
