My experience has taught me that clients who find themselves struggling with their thoughts, feelings or behaviour or perhaps all three, can feel embarrassed and often frightened. Sometimes they even feel guilty or ashamed. Clients may feel anxious a鈥�

 My training was integrative therefore I use a combination of person centred and cognitive behavioral therapy skills, tailored to the client needs. I have worked in an occupational health setting for many years which has provided me with a breadth o鈥�
