I am an experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and qualified CBT practitioner. I  trained for 6 years at the Westminster Pastoral Foundation, London. I have been in clinical practice since 2001 and I have a particular interest and experience in sp鈥�

Because everyone is different and has different needs, as an Integrative practitioner I am able to use a variety of approaches in order to meet the needs of each individual.  I aim to develop a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients as a basis o鈥�

Child therapy  I work in a 1:1 capacity with children in a non-directive way/child-led.  This way of working proves successful as it鈥檚 on the child鈥檚 terms.   I use clinical data plus observable changes to measure outcomes.  I have experience within 鈥�
