Hi I'm Lorraine and thank you for visiting my profile.  You've taken the first step in seeking support, which is often the most difficult. Do you feel overwhelmed or powerless about things beyond your control? Are you off work due to stress or maybe 鈥�

I work online and specialise in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, neurodiversity (autism, ADHD, dyslexia and dyspraxia), OCD, panic attacks, relationship issues (partner, family, friends, colleagues) and exploring self esteem / s鈥�

I am a psychotherapist and counsellor working online and in person in both central London (WC1V) & Hastings (TN34), offering both short-term & open-ended therapy.  My approach: I am an integrative, relational therapist. I believe that every client is鈥�
