I am a practicing psychotherapist supporting adults of all ages and all walks of life.  Therapy is often a last resort when nothing else has 鈥榳orked鈥� and talking with friends and loved ones also doesn鈥檛 quite seem to get to the heart of the matter.  鈥�

To me, therapy is an in depth exploration of our 'what is', of our actual here and now experience. Being helped to explore this supports us to get new and deeper awareness of ourselves, which is hard to do alone. This leads to understanding ourselves鈥�

Hi Welcome to my profile. I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist, drawn to the emotional stories we carry through everyday rhythms, relationships, thoughts, and our inner worlds. I work with individuals who feel ready to explore longstanding patterns, 鈥�

I believe our relationships to be one of the most important parts of therapy and developing trust is one of the things I aim to do.   I am trained in  EMDR psychotherapy and integrate this in my practise or offer pure emdr sessions for phobias, traum鈥�
