My approach is known as person-centred, which means I actively listen to understand problems causing emotional difficulties. I work to form a trusting and non- judgmental relationship with all my clients, to ensure that they feel safe and sufficientl鈥�

I have over 25 years experience as a therapist and supervisor.  I offer one to one brief or long term therapeutic support. I am dedicated to my work and my clients, trying to help them to move forward and effect any changes which will improve their l鈥�
