Hello and Welcome. My name is Jo and I am a psychodynamic therapist with 17 years experience. I will provide you with a safe and confidential environment where we can work together to help you make sense of what doesn't feel right in your emotional w鈥�

Following the completion of my professional postgraduate training in integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. I dedicated 23 years to the charity sector. Throughout this period, I acquired extensive experience in advocating for and supporting vulnera鈥�

I work as an integrative therapist/counsellor. I conduct EMDR and CBT therapy sessions also, which are more structured for clients who want a more structured approach in therapy. 

I'm not here to "fix" you, but I am here to help you unpick whatever it is that is bringing you to counselling. I am a firm believer in the power of words and having the space to speak about things that are stuck, or that you have never spoken about 鈥�
