(Online only) As a qualified therapist, I work with clients who want help with anxiety, low self-esteem, low mood, difficulty in relationships, carers, young carers, women's health issues, family break up, divorce, loss or upheaval, self-harm, recove鈥�

First of all I will listen to what brings you to counselling.  We will then spend some time sorting out the key issues that you feel are causing problems, and talk through the future work we do together.  This will mean doing a full assessment of cur鈥�
