My name is Marie and I am a registered counsellor and psychotherapist with over 5 years of experience working in mental health. I support individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem and motivation, as well as trauma and鈥�

I work one-to-one online with adults facing personal challenges such as: anxiety, stress or low mood; trauma or abuse; feeling 鈥渘ot good enough鈥� or struggling with self-esteem; loss or grief; menopause or parenting. Together we鈥檒l explore what鈥檚 trou鈥�

I was motivated to train as a Counsellor as a result of my own experiences of seeking out and engaging in counselling and the transformative effect it had on my own mental wellbeing and relationships. I can therefore empathise with clients about what鈥�

I work with individuals with an approach that considers both mind and body as a whole. I am an integrative counsellor grounded in person-centred theory. In essence, this means I will follow your lead and trust in your ability to facilitate personal g鈥�
