Welcome, I'm Tricia. I offer Individual and Couples counselling via video or phone for clients across the UK and abroad. My counselling sessions provide a safe, supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and work through the thoughts weighing on 鈥�

I am an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist . I have worked in counselling services in culturally diverse communities, and in private practice.   I work with gentleness and sensitivity with anxiety and the emotional difficulties that can affect鈥�

I understand my job as providing a space for you where you feel cared for no matter what you say or have done, to help you understand yourself better and to help you to bring change about in your life. I believed we change when we are cared for uncon鈥�

At times we all experience challenges in life, whether they be isolated situations or ongoing difficulties. These can feel overwhelming and may lead to increased stress levels and constant worry, and can interfere with our sleeping, eating and our ge鈥�

Based in Switzerland, I offer online counselling for adults (18+) across the UK and Switzerland. My approach is warm, collaborative and relational. I believe lasting change comes from understanding not only what is happening, but why certain emotiona鈥�

I am an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and a qualified EMDR Therapist (registered with EMDRUK). I offer CBT and EMDR therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, stress, and life鈥�
