Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn? I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns. Where you can talk openly, feel supported and discover new ways of being that 鈥�

Life can be hard sometimes, it is easy to find ourselves feeling lost, anxious, worried, unsure, depressed, stressed or overwhelmed. Challenges such as relationship difficulties, loss or bereavement  can leave us feeling like we have lost our sense o鈥�

My approach is rooted in Person-Centred therapy, a way of working that places you, your feelings, and your experiences at the heart of everything we do. Person-Centred therapy isn't about advice, diagnosis, or a prescribed plan. People sometimes wond鈥�

You don't have to go through this alone. I am a person-centred therapist, providing compassionate, empathic and non-judgemental talking therapy. I recognise that you are the expert in your experience and so my aim is to listen to you and understand y鈥�
