I am a qualified integrative counsellor working with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, and overwhelm. People often come to me when life feels mentally busy, emotionally draining, or difficult to manage. This might look like constant worry, feeling鈥�

I am a qualified counsellor trained at the Gestalt Centre in London. There are times in all our lives when it can be helpful to have time out from day-to-day pressures to reflect and get some new perspective, making time to speak to a counsellor can 鈥�

I'm a Christian who is passionate about helping people who are struggling with their mental health, having had my own issues in the past. I know how hard it is to wake up in the morning with a feeling of low-level dread before you even get out of bed鈥�
