Hi, I鈥檓 Cath, an experienced integrative psychotherapist working with adults (18+). Clients come to me for a wide range of concerns such as coping with life-limiting illness, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem and relationsh鈥�

I am an integrative therapist, which means I draw on different modalities depending on what is best suited to you as the client. For example, we might work together on practical ways of dealing with anxiety, or we could reflect on past experiences an鈥�

People seek counselling for a variety of reasons, and beginning therapy can be a courageous and meaningful step into exploring and working through difficulties causing anxiety, emotional pain or psychological distress. My approach is grounded in warm鈥�

As an integrative counsellor, I integrate a range of evidence based approaches (Person Centred, Gestalt, CBT, Transpersonal Therapy) to provide besoke, personal counselling.  Life is life, and each of us can struggle with one thing or another, maybe 鈥�

I am an accredited relational psychodynamic counsellor. I work integratively, using my training in trauma focused work, and skills and experience in embodiment, mindfulness and movement. I am also an EMDR therapist and trained in Narrative Exposure T鈥�
