You may already know the voice I mean. The one that comments on what you have eaten, what you are about to eat, whether you have been 鈥済ood鈥� or whether you have 鈥渕essed up鈥� again. The one that makes food feel like something you constantly have to thi鈥�

I work integratively with a person-centred foundation, informed by existential, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming perspectives. I see therapy as a space to explore meaning, identity, choice, and responsibility, particularly during times o鈥�

I work with individuals and offer short term, time limited and longer term work, depending on your own individual requirements. I have a lot of experience in  focused short term work (around 6 to 15 sessions). Please note, I do not offer couples ther鈥�
