I am a person-centred therapist - I offer a 50-minute session. My intention is to offer a safe, supportive relationship where you鈥檙e free to explore who you are without judgement. I hope to create a space where you feel heard, acknowledged, and safe.鈥�

While attending counselling with myself, you鈥檒l be gently  encouraged to share your reasons for coming to counselling 鈥� I will not lead the session, rather I am there to support you and your counselling journey. I believe that you are the expert on y鈥�
