About Me I am a 鲍鱼视频accredited Psychotherapist/Counsellor and Supervisor with over 15 years experience within the NHS, Private Practice and the charity sector.  I have also worked for the last 5 years as a Programme Leader, Lecturer and Supervisor o鈥�

I offer face to face counselling sessions at Parkhouse Therapy Centre in Gorseinon and in Carmarthen. I also offer telephone counselling if that is preferred.

I offer face to face sessions, and also via telephone or online video. My aim is to help you explore whatever difficulties you are experiencing in your life... Difficult feelings may relate to depression, panic, anxiety, relationships, work stress, c鈥�
