Hi, I'm Claire. If you're looking for a counsellor, perhaps you're feeling uncertain or disconnected from your emotions and are seeking a more authentic sense of self. You might be living with anxiety, inner conflict, or low self-esteem, and are look鈥�

Face-to-face sessions I am available for face-to-face counselling sessions at Wokingham Therapy Clinic and The Therapy Centre (Reading).  Online sessions I remain available for online sessions which can offer greater flexibility and convenience to cl鈥�

I offer face-to-face sessions at The Therapy Centre (central Reading) and Wokingham Therapy Clinic (Wokingham town centre), as well as online sessions. Online sessions will be conducted with the same privacy as you would expect in face-to-face sessio鈥�

I approach counselling from a broadly humanistic and person-centred perspective. This means that you are at the centre of the process and the sessions are guided by whatever you wish to bring into the counselling room, at a pace determined by you. Yo鈥�

Do you feel stuck in cycles of anxiety or depression, knowing something needs to change but not sure where to begin? Many of the people I work with notice recurring, often dysfunctional patterns in their relationships or behaviour 鈥� often rooted in f鈥�

Are you feeling anxious, depressed, lost, lonely, or disconnected from others? Have you lost a loved one and are feeling overwhelmed by grief? Perhaps you are struggling with thoughts such as 鈥淚鈥檓 not good enough鈥� or 鈥淚 can鈥檛 cope.鈥� You may also find鈥�

I work from a Humanistic and Integrative relational approach, which means the relationship we build together is central to the work. Therapy with me is a gentle, collaborative process where we explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe and ma鈥�

I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and as we are all unique individuals I adapt the therapy to suit you, rather than working in a formulaic way. I like to work in a way that is supported by evidence. I use both psychodynamic and attachment 鈥�
