I am an accredited counsellor and my core model is Person Centered with an integrative approach.  I work with all types of issues, with my specialist areas in working with health conditions, loss and bereavement.  I have been in Private Practice sinc鈥�

**ONLINE COUNSELLING ONLY** Navigating life can sometimes be challenging, as has been evidence by growing numbers of people reporting anxiety and depression globally. You might be experiencing stress at work or the loneliness of moving to a new city.鈥�

I work online and in-person based in London, NW7. I can offer both short and long-term open-ended counselling to adults. Sessions are weekly and last 50 minutes.
