Hello, thank you for accessing my profile. I appreciate that this might be your first step to reach out for support and I hope I can offer you a clear insight on how I can help you. I have been a counsellor for 16 years and recently trained as a Cogn鈥�

I have been working with clients in person and online; if you feel confused or uncertain or generally not able to process things as you once did therapy will enable you to explore these feelings and help to reduce anxiety/depression.

I am an experienced counsellor of over 10 years, specialising in women鈥檚 mental health and wellbeing.  I work from a broadly psychodynamic perspective, also drawing on creative and reflective methods including image, colour, story, object-based techn鈥�

I offer one to one therapeutic counselling for adults 鈥榠n the room鈥� at Old Market, Bristol on Tuesdays, Clifton Down on Thursday evenings, and online.  My practice training and experience is integrative which means that I combine and apply more than 鈥�

 Calm, steady therapy when you鈥檙e overwhelmed inside. I offer calm, steady therapy for people who feel overwhelmed on the inside while appearing capable on the outside. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative; we look beneath patterns of coping t鈥�

I am a fully qualified and experienced humanistic and integrative therapist, and my aim is to establish a warm therapeutic working relationship with you where you can be yourself, without being judged. I offer a safe, welcoming space for you to shar鈥�
