I began my counselling journey as a volunteer with Samaritans, where I supported people in crisis for three years. That experience inspired me to train professionally and help others explore their mental health in a meaningful way. I am a level 5 qua鈥�

I have been working as a child , adolescent and adult  psychotherapist since 2009 in schools, charities and privately. I have experience in running groups, managing trainees and working one -to- one therapeutically with children, young people and adu鈥�
