Hello, I'm Naomi (she/her). I know it can be quite overwhelming finding support sometimes, so thank you for being here.  I am an experienced integrative, relational counsellor. Whatever the reason that has brought you to counselling, my aim is to hel鈥�

I am an integrative counsellor. Fundamentally person centred, however I bring in other modalities depending on what the client needs. I tailor my practice to the client rather than expecting the client to fit a certain model of practice theory. Other鈥�

As an Integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of frameworks to find the approach that best suits each individual client. These approaches include Gestalt, CBT, Attachment theory, and Transactional Analysis. I also bring an existential perspective, 鈥�

I work as a Gestalt therapist, and my areas of focus are working with anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss as well as working with relationship issues. I work from dedicated counselling rooms on Church Road in Hove.  As a Gestalt therapist, I be鈥�

I'm Max (he/him/his), a Gestalt counsellor (MBACP) working in Camden (Kings Cross), Wimbledon, and Croydon, with adults, young people, and creative professionals - in person and online. Before training, I spent several years in LGBTQ+ mental health, 鈥�

I see clients for short and long-term work as an integrated counsellor and psychotherapist. I trained initially as a counsellor working in a person-centred model, with gestalt and CBT. I have worked for many years in Higher and Further Education, and鈥�

As a Humanistic therapist, my approach is centred on understanding each client as a unique individual. I believe you are the expert on you and aim to raise self-awareness. As we both get to know your authentic self, this leads to an increased autonom鈥�
