As an existential psychotherapist specialising in trauma, my practice is dedicated to helping individuals confront and process the profound impact of life鈥檚 most challenging experiences. I support clients as they navigate the complex, often painful j鈥�

I have trained in existential psychotherapy, and I apply this in my work with clients. The starting point is the experience of the client, to provide the opportunity for them to examine their understanding of life, and the problems and dilemmas they 鈥�

I trained as a psychotherapist later in life following my own experience of how therapy can help us to cope with the challenges we face. My emphasis is on developing a trusting relationship which allows us to work together to explore and make sense o鈥�

About Me I am an Integrative Existential Psychotherapist offering a space to explore who you are, what matters to you, and how you make sense of the world. While my practice is grounded in existential and relational approaches, I also draw from other鈥�
