Thank you for taking the time to consider my practice. I am a Somatic Informed Trauma Therapist with an integrative approach. I'm based in South Wiltshire, offering short and long-term therapy for both individual adults and couples. I have experience鈥�

Prior to moving to the UK in 2009, I practiced in Cape Town, where I worked as a student counsellor at three different universities, as well as having a private practice. My areas of interest include individual therapy for adults for emotional diffic鈥�

I use Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) specialising in adult depression and anxiety problems. I am able to conduct sessions in English, Spanish and French. Working online, I merge my experiences of living and working abroad with comprehensive train鈥�
