I have worked as a counsellor for over 20 years, working with adults, couples,  young people and children.  I have experience of working in the NHS and charity organisations. As well as in schools, social services, probation services, youth services 鈥�

Since 2022, I鈥檝e worked primarily in the voluntary sector, supporting unpaid carers, alongside many years of experience working with autistic children, adults, and their families. This work has shaped how I practice, with sensitivity to trauma, nervo鈥�
