 Couples therapy is my expertise and forms most of my work. I'm here to help you with your relationship or marriage. I use Emotionally Focused Couples therapy (EFT), NARM and IFS couples counselling to transform relationships.  Most couples who come 鈥�

I hold a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling. I work with various therapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, CBT and Transpersonal Psychology. This enables me to tailor therapy to meet your unique needs, whether you are seeking sup鈥�
