I take an integrative and person-centered approach, meaning that therapy is tailored to you as an individual. There is no single way to heal, and together, we will explore what works best for you at your own pace. I work in a way that is warm, compas鈥�

I offer individual and a couple counselling/psychotherapy on both a contract and open-ended basis. I have over 30 years experience and have worked in a range of organisational settings as well as in private practice. I first gained my Diploma in A鈥�
