My counselling approach is humanistic in nature. Broadly speaking this means I treat the person and not their problem or disorder. I鈥檓 not too keen on diagnosing or pathologising what鈥檚 wrong with you. Rather I tend to see my client鈥檚 difficulties as鈥�

I understand that taking the step to seek therapy may feel daunting, and I want to assure you that I am here to help you with whatever support it is you feel you need. I offer a warm and comforting environment to help you feel safe to freely express 鈥�
