I offer short-term and open-ended counselling/psychotherapy.  I have extensive experience of working with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, PTSD, with refugees and asylum seekers, developmental and relational problems. 

I am an integrative therapist, meaning that I work flexibly with each person to suit their needs. I can help deal with anxiety, depression, abuse, addiction, bereavement and many other issues. While some people may prefer to work in a solution-focuse鈥�

Since 2022, I鈥檝e worked primarily in the voluntary sector, supporting unpaid carers, alongside many years of experience working with autistic children, adults, and their families. This work has shaped how I practice, with sensitivity to trauma, nervo鈥�
