I am a trained psychotherapist with over 18 years鈥� experience working with individuals, couples and groups.Some of my accreditations include being a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and a member of the UK Register of鈥�

Therapy begins with a strong counselling relationship, a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard. I work relationally to help clients gain a deeper awareness and develop healthier ways of coping in both personal and professional ar鈥�
