Hello, I'm Patsy and welcome to my page. I work with young people and adults experiencing challenges such as high anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, trauma and relationship issues. I think you will find me a good listener, down to ear鈥�

I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist working with adults and young adults on a wide range of issues and offering both short and long term therapy. This may be in person, via secure video link or by 'phone. I am also available for EAP w鈥�
