I've been working as a therapist for the past ten years, working with a range of issues but all of them lead back to relationships.  Relationships with others, with ourselves and relationships ending. Relationships with others can be frustrating, pai鈥�

I have been working with clients of various ages and backgrounds for over a decade. This has given me a wide range of experience working with many different issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, ADHD, grief / bereavement, perimenopause, depr鈥�

I qualified as a Psychodynamic Counsellor over 20 years ago and have 16 years of experience of providing therapy in a specialist psychology NHS service. Over that time, I learned so much from colleagues and clients alike, and I would now describe my 鈥�

I work with adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, loss, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and life transitions. Every person is different so I tailor our work to your individual needs, giving you autonomy 鈥�

My style is collaborative, compassionate, and conversational. I offer a safe and supportive space where we can explore thoughts and feelings. As an integrative therapist, I draw on different therapeutic models to respond to what you need at different鈥�
