Hi, I'm Zoe.  Everyone has times when life can feel overwhelming, whether that鈥檚 because we have experienced a trauma or we are finding the day to day overwhelming. You maybe looking to understand yourself more and change old patterns and behaviours鈥�

I offer a person-centred approach, which means I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My role is to support you in finding your own way forward, helping you to gain clarity, self-und鈥�

I work primarily with the Person-Centred approach which enables you to work at your own pace and to bring whatever you choose to explore to each session. If appropriate for you, I can also offer Emotion-Focused Therapy techniques, which can be useful鈥�
