Sometimes we know something isn't right long before we can explain it. We may feel anxious, disconnected, trapped in the same relationships, overwhelmed by self-doubt, or simply no longer like ourselves. The thoughts keep returning, our reactions don鈥�

There are many counsellors with many different approaches so it鈥檚 essential that you find the right one and at the right time. I'm an accredited Person-Centred counsellor (MBACP) and when broken down this means the counsellor is non-directive and use鈥�

So, how do I work with couples? We can discuss what works best for you and your partner and provide an overview of what to expect to be included. My work with couples is relational and attachment-informed. This means working with how you currently re鈥�

At this time I am working virtually using zoom,FaceTime, Skype. I have lowered my one to one sessions to£35 per session.  Couples £50 for a/full hour. I specialise in working with all issues around abuse , depression and anxiety. I am experienced in 鈥�
