I am an integrative therapist with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and parents. I draw on different therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs and support you through depression, anxiety, and relationship struggle鈥�

My passion for counselling comes from witnessing how the simple act of talking  about an issue causing a client anxiety and concern can lead to a productive long term change for that person.  It is a real honour to see someone who started their couns鈥�

I am a qualified, integrative therapist so I have trained in several, different, therapeutic approaches therefore we will have some flexibility in how we work together if needed.
