Hi, I'm Gail, a warm hearted, down-to-earth person-centred counsellor, clinical supervisor, tutor and coach. Life can be complex and challenging at times, and I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help and support from someone you don鈥�

I am in integrated Psychotherapist with a special training in Sex and porn addiction Therapy. I trained with Dr Paula Hall and the late Dr Thaddeus Birchard.  I work with people who are struggling with compulsive/addictive behaviours and partners who鈥�

Lack of clarity creates confusion and can be overwhelming. Navigating through the fog of unwelcomed and unexplained feelings and behaviours is challenging. Unpicking the tight knots that emerge is hard to do alone or even with a friend or family memb鈥�

Real change begins with feeling safe and that鈥檚 where we start. Many of the people I work with describe feeling 鈥渘umb,鈥� 鈥渙n autopilot,鈥� or 鈥渓ike I鈥檓 watching life happen.鈥� Others seem capable on the outside but feel anxious or lost inside. Our sessio鈥�
