I鈥檓 trained in a number of different approaches with a Person Centred focus. I draw on Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic learning and Object Relations . I鈥檓 also trained in CBT. But fundamentally I just work with you as an individual with your own uni鈥�

As a person centred counsellor I aim to offer my clients a safe space where they can develop trust, and reflect on their issues within a warm non-judgmental environment. I believe that only you are the expert within your own internal world. I work in鈥�
