I work with clients using an integrative approach. My purpose is to help you to grow self awareness, insight and resilience at your own rate. I can see clients in Harrogate and Leeds and in either place I try to create a safe, warm environment for us鈥�

I work with individuals and couples and have extensive experience working with clients of different faiths, cultures and diversity of difficulties.  I also offer clinical supervision to other counsellors and psychotherapists.

Having lived in different countries in different stages of my life and raised a family here in the UK, I had to face my vulnerabilities, mostly on my own. Along the way, I also needed help working through them, especially during life changing events鈥�
