I have been employed in the world of therapy since 1994 when I started as a volunteer for the mental health charity Mind in Harrow. I trained in 1995-98 with the Westminster Pastoral Foundation (WPF) and qualified with a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma鈥�

I am qualified as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist through Goldsmiths College鈥檚 MA Programme, a Level 2 Fitness, Boxercise and Tai Chi Instructor and MHFA. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore the questions鈥�

I am an Integrative counsellor, meaning I have been trained in a mixture of theoretical approaches and adapt my approach depending on what you bring to your sessions and what you want to work through.  I have lived and worked in various places both i鈥�
