Welcome to Cheryl鈥檚 counselling service.  I trained as a person-centred counsellor, and have over 30 years鈥� experience in supporting people with anxiety, anger, bullying, self worth and self esteem, mood, trauma, neurodivergence (diagnosed and undiag鈥�

I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor and believe that our internalised early experiences can form an unconscious blueprint for the way we 鈥渄o鈥� life. Through becoming aware of our more negative, stuck patterns and how these may be influencing key areas鈥�

I appreciate that there may be many reasons why you are seeking counselling. Your issues might have been triggered by recent events or could stretch far back to past trauma, abuse or narcissism. You might be suffering from anxiety, depression, loss o鈥�

 I am a fully qualified and accredited (MBACP) counsellor and psychotherapist, (MA, DIP in PC Counselling), trained in Integrative Counselling Practice (inc CBT, cognitive behaviour therapy) and Person Centred Therapy, which I believe provides the ri鈥�

I can work face-to-face or remotely with my clients. I am an Accredited Member of the NCPS and a Registered Member of the 鲍鱼视频(MBACP). I have undergone 7 years of in-depth training, including The Tavistock and Portman, Terapia with Middlesex Univers鈥�
