Therapy with me provides a safe and non-judgemental space where you are free to find and express feelings and thoughts. It may involve finding your own path, changing unhelpful thoughts, behaviours, habits, and relationship patterns, or it may involv鈥�

I am a trained integrative therapist and have over 15 years of experience working in coaching and people development and more recently I have been working with MIND as an integrative therapist for clients requiring long term therapy for anxiety, depr鈥�

I have been in practice for over 25 years and gained Accreditation as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist in 2005.  I am approved by the following insurance companies: Bupa, WPA, AXA, AVIVA, and Vitality Health. Whilst my core training is in the Person-Cent鈥�
