I offer 1:1 counselling on a specially designed boat. A safe space to pause , reflect and gently move forward. We can drop anchor and just be. Moon River operates from mainly from the Thames at Henley-on-Thames. There are dedicated days where Mo鈥�

I work as a lead therapist in a pain management clinic for the NHS, providing comprehensive assessments and leading pain management programs. I am dedicated to supporting my clients through mindfulness-based approaches to pain such as Acceptance Comm鈥�

I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, addiction issues, relationship problems or issues linked to past traumas.  I very much believe in helping my clients to discover ways that they can live a more fulfilling and purposeful life. 鈥�

My approach begins with taking time to understand what is troubling you and how it is affecting your life. Together, we can set a hopeful goal for healing, then work gently and practically towards it at a pace that feels right for you. We work to bui鈥�

I am an integrative transpersonal counsellor. The unique element of transpersonal counselling is that we encompass mind, body and spirit in the work. It鈥檚 a talking therapy but can also involve experiential exercises, visualisation and guided meditat鈥�
