I work with children aged 4 - 12 using creative art, and play therapy as well as traditional talking therapy and EMDR with adolescents and adults. Additionally, I offer parenting support sessions for children that are too young to engage in therapy o鈥�

Trained in the United States, I currently live and work in the UK while pursuing my PhD at Cambridge University, researching the role/impact of play in early child development. I believe emotions are an inevitable part of life- for all ages- and they鈥�

For adults 鈥� especially those who are neurodivergent or exploring it I have both professional and personal experience around neurodiversity, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel when the world seems too loud, too fast, or simply not built wi鈥�
