Before working with clients I offer a free 20 minute introductory call to establish if the therapeutic relationship feels right for you.  I offer open ended sessions, so you can have as little or as many sessions as you need, I am led by you.

I am an individual and couples counsellor. Individual counselling is £60 a session, couples counselling is £105 for a session.  As a couples counsellor I deal with such things as communication, rebuilding trust, intimacy and passion and conflict reso鈥�

It is important to me as well as it must be to you that your support should be tailored to your individual needs.  I work in a sensitive, supportive, and respectful way and understand that to feel able or willing to 鈥榦pen up鈥� a feeling of trust & saf鈥�
