I鈥檓 an integrative counsellor with over 15 years鈥� experience working in mental health settings and more than 8 years in private practice. I work with adults and young people (15+) both online and in-person in Bristol. Before retraining as a counsello鈥�

I am an accredited registered counsellor/psychotherapist , have several years experience working NHS setting and charitable organization. I provide a safe and confidential practice focus on individual needs . In my role as an integrative counsello鈥�

"Find a way - find yourself." I like to help people find realistic ways to deal with distressing issues in their lives, but also to help people find themselves, shaking off the expectations and controls that others may attempt to impose.
